PortlandVotes does not ask you to create an account. District lookup sends you to Portland’s official tool; your address is never entered on or transmitted to PortlandVotes.
Matcher answers stay on your device
Compatibility answers are stored only in your browser’s local storage so they can survive a refresh. They are not placed in the URL or sent to a server. “Reset answers” removes them.
Analytics
The first release contains no behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party political tracking.
